Last Wednesday at Nurburgring typified all that is currently wrong with F1.
A meeting of the sporting and technical working groups had been scheduled to hammer out the future direction and arrive at a situation whereby the teams were happy to put their names to a new Concorde Agreement that would facilitate peace in our time and allow the sport to move forward.
